PRE-TRYOUT INFORMATION

It’s exciting that the start of our Inaugural Season is finally right before us! Here are a few items to be aware of prior to the official start of the season and Tryouts on November 13-14, 2023:

Gold Cards: All players must obtain a Gold Card from the Athletic Office prior to Tryouts. A player will not be permitted to tryout without a Gold Card

Tryouts & Practice: Starting on Monday November 13-14th 2023, tryouts and the practices that follow will be required. Playing high school basketball takes a significant commitment of time, energy and effort over the winter, the holidays, etc. It’s generally true that those who have the most buy-in are those that most help the team and maximize their individual potential.

Team Equipment: You will notice a Recommended Contribution in School Pay for Boys Basketball. This $150 covers a Nike Dri-Fit T, Nike Backpack, & Nike 1/4 zip Therma-fit pullover that each player will keep at the conclusion of the season. There will be team store options for additional, optional basketball related merchandise.

Game uniforms and practice gear will be issued by the program and be the responsibility of the player to maintain and keep clean.

Shoes & Other: We will not order or require a team shoe. However, shoes and socks must be complimentary to our uniform colors. Combinations of white, grey, navy, Columbia/aero blue, gold are all acceptable. Non-school color shoes are fine for practice but not for games. Other gear like shooting sleeves, tights, etc. must conform to NFHS regulations, match the same color of the uniform being worn and be the same color for every player.
